Jeff Griffiths earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health with a concentration in Industrial Hygiene and Health Physics from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
He then earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana with a double concentration in both Environmental Law and Criminal Law. He also studied at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and graduated early from law school in 2.5 years.
While at Valparaiso, he was a member of the moot court society and completed an internship at the EPA in Chicago, Illinois. After his graduation, he was associate professor of both Business Law and Civil Procedure at a local college in Valparaiso.
He then moved to California in 2003 and has been practicing as an immigration attorney primarily in San Francisco, California, but has also represented clients before the immigration courts in Los Angeles, San Pedro, San Diego, Imperial, and El Centro, California. He has represented detained clients in Phoenix, Florence, and Eloy, Arizona and other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
